Poop Champ Frequently Asked Questions

Click on the questions below to get the answers.

Is this for real?

Of course it is. This is America, and furthermore, this is Idaho—it's God's country! Anything can happen in a great place like this. And yes, I really will pick up your dog's poop twice a week for only $20 per month.

How come you are so cheap?

Because I'm only 5 years old. I don't have a lot of bills to pay and my overhead is low (it's just my bike). So, you can save by hiring a young kid like me, and I can learn how to run a business.

What days do you pick up poop?

I only pick up poop on Tuesdays and Fridays. You don't have to be home when I pick up your dog's poop. I'll just go in through the gate (being careful to make sure your dog(s) don't get out and then I'll take care of business). My sisters go along with me to help me and to ensure that I don't leave any poop behind.

If you're only 5, who do I talk to when I need help?

My older sisters, Moriah and Miranda handle the phone calls for me. I take care of the dirty work, and they take care of the administrative stuff. If you need help with anything, just call and one of my sisters will help you out.

Why is your service area so small?

Because I can't ride my bike that far. I'm still a little guy and my parents don't want me to go too far. My sisters or my Mom usually go with me, but still I need to stay close to home. We live in the Shamrock West housing development, so anybody in this area can become one of my customers.

How do I know you'll do a good job?

You can have confidence that I'll do a good job because I am the POOP CHAMP! I got this business started because, believe it or not, I enjoy picking up dog poop. I have 2 dogs, Patriot and Liberty, and they poop all over the place in the backyard. So, my dad bought us this little shovel so that we would pick up the poop, and I just started picking it up. I thought it was fun and my sisters said that nobody picks up poop better than me. That's why I'm the POOP CHAMP.

Do you still pick up poop in the winter?

Let's cross that bridge when we come to it. Yes, I do plan on picking up poop in the winter time, but as you know, it gets cold in Boise, and if it gets too cold, we might have to pause our service until it warms up again.

How many dogs can you handle?

I can handle a lot. Probably up to 4 or 5 dogs. Just remember that you'll pay an extra $10 per month for each additional dog.

Where do you throw away the dog poop?

I will pickup your dog poop and put it in my Poop Champ bucket which is lined with a plastic liner. Then, once I'm all done, I'll tie it up nice and neat and throw the dog poop away in your trash can before I leave.
